The Last Hour Before You Sleep
The last hour before you sleep should be a landing: fewer lights, fewer tabs, no courtroom in your head about whether you were man enough today.
Men replay the meeting, the text they did not send, the money. The bed becomes an office with pillows.
What belongs in the last hour?
Hygiene, a glass of water, a word with your person if they are awake, a list for tomorrow so the brain can clock out.
What does not belong?
New arguments, new shopping, new comparison, news that will not change before dawn.
What if sleep still will not come?
Stay in the landing anyway. Resting in the dark is still not a second commute. Tomorrow's shift needs whatever you can give it.

Frequently asked questions
Is a short show allowed?
If it actually ends. Autoplay is how last hours vanish.
What about prayer?
If it settles you, yes. If it becomes another performance of guilt, shorten it. God is not a night supervisor.
