How To Measure A Week You Can Be Proud Of

You measure a week you can be proud of by counting kept words, not by counting applause: one thing you finished, one person you did not harm, one peso you told the truth about.

Sunday night can feel like a trial. Most men put the wrong evidence on the table — other people's cars, a boss's mood, a missed chance.

What belongs on the list?

You showed up to the shift. You came home without making the house pay. You paid something you said you would. You slept at least twice like a person.

What does not belong?

A stranger's vacation. A cousin's promotion. A version of you that only exists if the 15th is science fiction.

How do you start the next week?

Pick one number. Not five. The proud week is built from boring repeats, not from a new personality every Monday.

If you want a scoreboard that is not the feed, The Filipino Men will keep handing you these small, repeatable tests.

Frequently asked questions

What if the week was ugly?
Name one thing you did not make worse. That is still a measurement. Ugly weeks need honesty, not a fake trophy.

Is rest allowed on the scoreboard?
Yes. A week you survived without becoming cruel is a week with a point on the board.
